RozniTech is a platform built for retail chains to streamline everyday operations. With tools for automation, process control, and competitor monitoring, it helps companies boost efficiency and make smarter, data-driven decisions.
Problem
Retail chains face constant challenges, from tracking competitor prices and maintaining quality standards to managing staff and keeping shelves stocked. Without centralized tools, these processes become fragmented and inefficient, ultimately reducing business performance.
Solution
RozniTech unifies tasks, checklists, analytics, shelf availability control, and competitor monitoring in one platform, automating processes, increasing transparency, and accelerating decision-making across all levels of management.

The service offers useful tools to simplify business processes: task management, data analysis, competitor price tracking, and quality control.
The task manager allows assigning tasks to employees, tracking their completion, and measuring KPIs. Tasks can also be created automatically based on events, for example, after audit results.
Price monitoring allows employees to collect competitor pricing information in stores using a mobile app by simply photographing price tags.
Checklists allow managing inspection lists to control in-store processes and automatically create corrective tasks in case of violations.
The platform is currently in pilot implementation across 300 retail locations. We are testing, improving, and adapting it to real business needs.
