The platform is already driving efficiency across industries such as metallurgy, chemical production, and mining.
AiLine can detect production defects using computer vision, predict how manufacturing processes will behave, optimize material consumption, and analyze and forecast product demand and pricing.
AiLine works both autonomously and in integration with existing systems. The platform has already been implemented in the workflows of several industrial giants, where it monitors temperature control in metallurgical production, forecasts raw material prices, and adjusts the operation of PID controllers.
